El quetzal ha sido un s\u00edmbolo de la libertad por miles de a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVIDADES PROGRAMADAS PARA LA  PRIMAVERA DEL 2010! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre el 16 y el 19 de marzo, el Proyecto Quetzal estar\u00e1 en Antigua, Guatemala, asistiendo a la conferencia \u201cThe Maya Meetings\u201d. Durante estas fechas, estaremos mostrando y tendremos disponible un DVD producido por el HRC que abarca \u00e1reas de investigaci\u00f3n asociadas con el quetzal en la ciencia, la conservaci\u00f3n, el ecoturismo, el arte y la cultura, las cuales son de gran inter\u00e9s para los investigadores del quetzal y el p\u00fablico en general. Tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 disponible la versi\u00f3n digital completa del C\u00f3dice Florentino compuesta de 16 DVDs. The quetzal has been a symbol of freedom  for thousands of years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TWO MAJOR ACTIVITIES ARE  HAPPENING THIS SPRING!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Between March 16 and 19, 2010, the Quetzal Project  will be in Antigua, Guatemala, during the 2010 Maya Meetings.  We will be making available a  DVD of scientific, eco<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">&#8211;<\/span>touristic, and cultural interest to  both specialists and the general public.  We also will have available a digital facsimile of the  complete Florentine Codex on a 16 DVD set.
