Important information for conference registration
For final registration you need to pay the registration fee and send the Registration Form (as a Word document: .doc/.docx) including the date when you made the payment to iaslima2014@uni-graz.at. All presenters are asked to register for the Conference by June 1, 2014. Only presenters who have registered by that date will appear on the conference program. Please note that early-bird registration fees are available until May 1, 2014.
Please note: You need to register before the conference. There will be no on-site registration (exception: PUCP students). Registration for the general public concludes on August 1, 2014.
Registration fees for IAS conference in Lima
- 60 Euros for IAS members who pay before May 1, 2014.
- 75 Euros for non-members who pay before May 1, 2014.
- 30 Euros for academics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú
(discount due to being the Conference hosts) who pay before May 1,2014.
- 30 Euros for PhD students (IAS members) who pay before May 1, 2014.
- 45 Euros for PhD students (non-members) who pay before May 1, 2014.
- BA and MA Students who register before May 1, 2014 can apply for payment exemption.
- ! There will be an additional charge of 20 Euros in each of the above categories for all conference participants who register after May 1, 2014.
- 30 Euros for everyone who is NOT presenting, but would like to attend the conference as audience at large.
- Conference dinner: I would like to participate in the conference dinner on August 6, 2014 at the cost of 30 Euros (includes buffet dinner with local cuisine and one drink). Please transfer the money with your registration fee.
- IAS Membership: I am not yet a member of the International Association of Inter-American Studies and would like to join. New members can pay the discounted registration fee of 60 Euros and are asked to pay the IAS membership fee for 2014 via PayPal or bank transfer. The International Association of Inter-American studies will issue payment receipts during the conference.
